What counts as a "client"?
A client is one business entity with its own set of GTM containers and ad platform accounts. Each client gets an isolated agent environment with its own data and configuration.
Can I start with one client and scale up?
Yes. Add or remove clients at any time. Billing adjusts automatically. There is no minimum commitment.
Do I need my own API keys for ad platforms — or my own LLM tokens?
Ad platform access is via OAuth per platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, GTM, BigQuery). For the AI model layer, Alethia is model-agnostic via OpenRouter — bring your own tokens and pick any frontier LLM per task. You pay the model provider at raw cost; there's no markup on intelligence.
Does BigQuery access cost extra?
BigQuery is included in every plan — no add-on. Alethia queries your BigQuery project using your Google Cloud account. You pay Google directly for BigQuery usage (most marketing queries cost under $0.01). Every query shows you the estimated cost before executing, and hard limits prevent unexpected charges.
