By accessing or using the Alethia Intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alethia Intelligence provides an AI-powered platform for auditing Google Tag Manager implementations, analyzing cross-platform advertising data, and generating compliance reports. The Service is provided via the web application at app.alethia-intelligence.ai.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts may be created by administrators on behalf of client organizations.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Service to access data you are not authorized to view.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) via their official APIs. By connecting these platforms:

You authorize us to access your account data within the scopes you approve during OAuth.
You confirm you have authority to grant this access for the connected accounts.
You understand that third-party platforms may independently revoke access at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Alethia Intelligence.
Audit reports generated by the Service are owned by you for your internal business use.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Alethia Intelligence shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Losses resulting from third-party platform API changes, outages, or data discrepancies.
Actions taken based on audit recommendations or remediation suggestions.

8. Data Handling

Our data collection and handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alethia Intelligence operates.
